Moncks Corner Festival In The Park 2007

 

The Moncks Corner Festival In The Park was held at The Old Santee Canal Park. I caught the fireworks show from the bank of The Tailrace Canal. Check out my album. Have a happy and safe Independence Day.

Painted Bunting

 

This is the first time I've seen a Painted Bunting visit my backyard. I hope it is not the last. His plumage is brilliant. See a few more pictures of him in my Painted Bunting album.

Boo And Phil Wed

 

Our good friends Boo and Phil were married Friday June 22, 2007. Congratulations! The marriage ceremony took place at the Moncks Corner United Methodist Church and the reception was held at Somerset Point, Pinopolis SC. Enjoy some photos from the wedding and the reception.

Kayaking Bushy Park

 

 

 

While kayaking the Back River I snapped these photos of a couple of Wood Ducks and a Great Blue Heron in flight. I put in on the fresh water side of Bushy Park boat landings.
